My wife and I are very delighted with the product and service we received when purchasing a tag from the Pet Tag King. During the shipping process, we thought the tag may have been lost in transit. The staff at Pet Tag King were very prompt in responding to all of our questions and concerns. Because of the length of time it took for the package to arrive, they went out of their way to create a new tag.
